About Us
Built from firsthand experience running an Arizona contracting business. We share practical lessons about licensing, local visibility, lead follow up, and business systems.
Our Purpose
Arizona Contractor Academy publishes licensing resources, marketing guides, platform reviews, and business systems for Arizona contractors. The goal is to help readers make better informed decisions and understand the tradeoffs behind each option.
The site does not promise rankings, leads, revenue, reviews, or time savings. Outcomes vary by market, starting position, budget, implementation, and follow through.
Our Story
Arizona Contractor Academy was founded by Cory Analla, a retired Arizona contractor who operated a licensed contracting business across multiple Arizona markets. That experience included estimates, crews, schedules, customer communication, permits, and the realities of finding steady work.
After operating the business across multiple Arizona markets, Cory saw a recurring gap between craftsmanship and online visibility. Arizona Contractor Academy was created to share what he learned and to make licensing, marketing, and business technology easier to understand.
